Rhea A. Henderson President, RHdreams Executive Director, PFX

Rhea A. Henderson is a visionary leader, creative force, and passionate advocate for youth empowerment with more than 30 years of experience in dance, modeling, and choreography. As former Executive Director of the RH School of Performing Arts, she inspired thousands of students through more than 20 large-scale productions, comprehensive arts training, and impactful community outreach. She currently serves as President of RHDREAMS and Executive Director of The Prom Fantasy Experience, where her leadership has helped award over $100,000 in academic scholarships to students across the Chicagoland area. Deeply committed to service and sisterhood, Rhea holds leadership roles in numerous civic and professional organizations and has given 35 years of service to Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Grounded in faith and family, Rhea is a devoted wife and mother whose life’s work reflects her purpose to inspire others to dream boldly, serve selflessly, and lead with grace.
